Connecting Google Calendar

Go to Settings → Calendar and click Connect Google Calendar. You'll be redirected to Google to authorize access. After approving, you'll return to Schedra and your bookings will start syncing automatically.

When you authorize, you may see a “Google hasn't verified this app” warning. This is normal for early-stage apps. Click Advanced → Go to schedra.ai (unsafe)to proceed. The warning will go away once we complete Google's formal verification process.

Customers can't book on my page

If your booking page shows “This business is still setting up their booking page,” one of these is missing:

  • For video appointments: connect Google Calendar (so we can generate Meet links) or set a manual meeting URL on the appointment type
  • For in-person appointments: set a business address (Settings → Branding) or a per-type location address
  • Make sure you have at least one active appointment type

Embedding the booking widget on my website

Go to Settings → Embed & Share for copy-pasteable instructions for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, and plain HTML.

Cancellations, refunds, and account deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

To delete your entire account and all associated data, email [email protected] from your account email address. We will confirm and process the deletion within 30 days.
